A Message from the Principal

Congratulations Sunrise Drive Chess Team

Poetry Contest

Thank you from the Sunrise Staff

These past couple of weeks, the teachers and staff have enjoyed the various Teacher and Staff Appreciation events that the Sunrise Community has arranged.

We have enjoyed snacks, and dessert bars, as well as lunch served by El Saguarito.

As a whole staff, we want to say thank you for sharing your generous spirit with us.

We hope you have a wonderful summer and we look forward to seeing you in August for another great year at Sunrise Drive!

FFO Grant Program

Grants this year was a successful program for the Sunrise FFO.
This year each grade level spent the following amounts:

Kindergarten $700
First grade $790
Second grade $1500
Third grade $2000
Fourth grade $2250
Fifth grade $700
General grants fund (benefiting the whole school versus a single grade level) $9500

Grants this year included field trips, artists in residence, play ground equipment, teacher development, and a portable sound system. We passed 26 grants in all this year.
Providing these wonderful supplies and experiences to our children would not be possible without your generous support through Spirit of Sunrise and Math-a-thon.

Thank you!
